Description:

Collaborate Ultra is currently experiencing issues where recordings are not available for any new Collaborate Ultra sessions or sessions recorded from Thursday 10/8. The vendor is currently investigating. 

Collaborate is still available for use as normal, only recordings are affected.

eLearning Support have advised that Collaborate Ultra issues are now restored. All missing records should now be in place.
