Staff and students may experience an issue with connecting to a QUT staff printer.
Users experiencing this issue will receive a message similar to:
"Do you trust this printer? Windows needs to download and install a software driver"
Technical staff are investigating and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
As a workaround, affected users can remove the connection to the printer on their computer and re-add the printer. If issues persist or you would like assistance with this please call the IT Helpdesk on 3138 4000 during our opening hours.
