Lab 2.0 is finally here!
What is Lab 2.0?
Lab 2.0 is a flexible learning space that is designed to be the new hub for group work. The design is based on Web 2.0 principles, where users enter a virtual environment and alter the environment to suit their needs. Lab 2.0 is designed for students to be able to alter their physical environment to suit their group work needs and participate in active groupwork processes.
Students are encouraged to "make the space work for them" with funky new movable furniture and new technology. The space will be enhanced with technology and TeamSpot collaboration software to enable students to share project work, documents and artifacts in real-time with other group members.
