Due to limitations in the software, some compromises have been made when the sheets are read. The following table explains how they are dealt with.
Of importance is the presence of an ambiguous response to a question. If this is found the sheet is rejected and placed on top of the batch for your perusal. The sheet will have “MULTIPLE” printed on the bottom to identify it.
In this table, ESII refers to the Exam System II ™ software that analyses the raw data obtained from the student answer sheets.
