The IT Helpdesk e-mail service is a convenient alternative method of contacting the IT Helpdesk, and is available 24 hours a day.
E-mails regarding computing enquiries and issues are responded to daily during business hours. If you require more immediate assistance, we suggest that you contact the IT Helpdesk in person or by phone during our opening hours.
Please note: Password change requests received by e-mail are restricted to students currently residing outside the Brisbane metropolitan region. All students residing within the Brisbane metropolitan region must visit one of the IT Helpdesk counters or contact the IT Helpdesk by phone.
Staff members are now able to have their passwords changed via phone and e-mail, but only if they have setup their Challenge Response Answers at the QUT Access website.
