We provide support for a diverse range of services to all staff and students at QUT:
- The IT Helpdesk provides support for computers, telephones, printers, QUT network services and other related services by phone, in person and by email.
- External Studies Support provides support to all students who study externally at QUT.
- The Assignment Minder service is a central assignment submission and collection service co-located with our Helpdesk counters at each campus.
- We distribute computers to students through the Equity desktop computer scheme.
